Moisture is present anywhere at anytime. There is moisture on the cold glass of water, there is moisture on the lid of a warm soup, and there is moisture on the body when we sweat. However, getting moisture at places where you don’t want them to be can be annoying, like wetting the hardwood floor or the drywall. One terrible effect of moisture on the walls, floors, ceiling, and even on the fixed furniture of the house is the formation of molds.
Molds are basically what you call a big group of fungi. These organisms are not at all friendly. They carry with them health-threatening diseases and they can also trigger allergic reactions. Very large groups of molds can even cause neurological problems, or worse, death. That is why when you find molds in your home, you should eliminate them immediately.
